Call Forward Voicemail destination

Just looking for some help on forcing a call to get to the forwarded sets destination's Voicemail rather than the dialed number's Voicemail.

IE- 2000 is forwarded to 3000....When calling 2000 it rings 3000 but I get 2000's Voicemail.
We want it to get 3000's Voicemail.

This is a 3300 on MCD 4.0.

I have tried Call Fwd Always and CFNA...Same results.
