We have an AVST an NEC IPX. We have a number of users who accidently forward their phones for all calls to voicemail. Is this a common ID10T error? Or have we created our own problems? Any one else have this issue. Apparently we have been running this way for years. Someone will open up a ticket that all calls are going to voicemail and the reason is because unknowingly they sent all their calls to VM>
