call forward to voicemail

Hi,

I have the following scenario:

Need to make DID number xxx-5002 ring on 2 extensions simultaniously. When rining on the extensions should display "Marketing Interview". If not answered should go to voicemail and should notify the two extension.

Sounds simple enough but here's the problem:

-Firstly created 5002 Hunt Group type 'Name Tag'
-Could not add the two extensions as I need them to both ring at the same time and they are ACD sets so couldn't add them anyway
-Created DN 7000 on keys on both extensions
-Always call forwarded 5002 to 7000

At this point all is working like it should.

-Created mailbox 5002. Call Call forward 1st Alt 7000 to voicemail.

System does not route to voicemail
-Call forward 1st Alt 5002 to voicemail system goes to voicemail only when dialing internal. When dialing the DID it does not go to voicemail.

I need it to go to voicemail if I dial xxx-5002 if the extensions don't answer. Any ideas?

O sorry and I also need to notify the two extensions. I tried message waiting indicator key but it says duplicate number already exists or something. Mailbox set up is:
Mailbox nr 5002, ext 7000.

For Notification:

I would route the DDI to a multicall(6000) which has reroute all to a name tag hunt group(5000) with the member being a new multicall(7000) on all required phones.

Then add a notification button for 6000 on all required phones.

dont forget to reroute the hunt group(5000) on BNA to VM pilot.

I got this to work 99%. It's good enough.
