Call Forward to Voice Mail

Good afternoon. At our office in New York City which is an Option 11c we are using a 3904 as the main console. Key 0 is programmed as "0" for the operator and we have our 2 main listed numbers for the company as appearances on key 1 and key 2. In the present setup Ring no answer the phone hunts to voice mail. Our facility people do not want any calls going to voice mail during the day. My thought was to have the operator when she leaves at night to " call forward" directly to voice mail. This phone has other appearances of extensions for our CEO, CFO and CTO. If the operator call forwards in the evening will this have any negative effect on the other extensions programmed on the phone and will "0" and the other 2 main listed numbers forward to voice mail ?

As long as they are MARPed correctly no. Also to stop calls from forwarding on no answer is CLS set FND.
 
two things to check, one is like the above post said, only the dn you want to forward with that set should be marped on that set.. and make sure marp is turned on.. another trick is to set up that phone as an acd, set ncfw to mail, then the phone will only go to mail when she logs off. plus calls will wait in que if she has any calls backed up during the day.. a lot of people don't want the main number going to mail, but they don't realize that it's a did, it can go to mailor return a busy to the caller.. with an acd the calls can cue, and she can still take calls for other vip's
