Call Forward To Sip Phones

I have a V10 G3r connected to a Vega Digital Gateway via Qsig, this connects to a soft pbx and services sip handsets
The problem I have is that I can call-forward from a handset on my G3r to a sip phone and connect when I call in externaly to the G3r via the isdn trunks
But when I try to call-forward internaly I get nu-tone when I ring the forwarded definity phone
On looking a trace I get denial event 1164
Any ideas
