We have a call manager v 6.1 and I am unable to have a call that forwards from one ext to 4 different extensions go to a vm box if not answered. This vm should be a shared line and the light shd light up. This is not happening. What happens is that the vm only lights up on the first phone. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
