Is there a command that blocks or allows call forwarding to an outside line. We have a forward button programmed on our DTERM i8D phones but right now I can only fowrard to an inside extension. I can do it via E600 in Matworx MOC but I wanted to allow it for the users. They Foward softkey is no longer programmed. Thank you anyone for your help.

look at command 360. check your inbound and outbound routes

If you are using copper analog trunks then you would do the following:

360>xxyy:0

xx= inbound route
yy= outbound route

0 = is allow trunk to trunk transfer (1 is defult for not allowed)

say you have your inbound calls on route 20 which is a PRI
and your outbound go out on ROute 10, you would enter the following data:

360>2010:0
360>1020:0

you need to know what routes your trunks are in and your LCR as well. Post back and you will get help on this by either myself or several others who know.

Wouldn't this just be the setting in Cmd 15 yy = 26, 27, 28 & 29 for your SFC as assigned in Cmd 1202?

Thanks to all who answered I will check all of those settings.
