Call Forward to Nortel Call Pilot

I have a CCM 7.0 connected to CS1000M plus Call Pilot 5.
When I call forward my Cisco IP phone 7942 to Call Pilot the Call Pilot responds with"Nortel Call Pilot - Mailbox".
It is not recognizing the IP Phone digit string....Any ideas?

is is qsig integration between the cucm and nortel?

Pay close attention the the release level of the CS1000 mentioned in the docs. it is important and relevant.
