Call Forward to Mailbox

Hello,

i have the following question regarding call forward to a mailbox.

Situation:

-->CDN(800)--->ACD(900)-->NCFW(700)--->MAIL with TD Service 90001

Now the employes enable a CFW on their sets to the ACD 900.
If 900 is not in Nigh Modus everything is fine. If not the call ist forwarded to the mail and the mail tries to route the the extension mailbox. The extension do not have one!

--->Ext. 17--->ACD(900)--->NCFW(700)--->MAILBOX 17 (not wanted)

I would like to route the call also to the same TD Service on the mail, even if the call do not come from the CDN 800.

--->Ext. 17--->ACD(900)--->NCFW(700)--->MAIL with TD Service 90001

My idea is to set up for each Ext. a new Service DN on the MAIL that refers to the TD.

Is there another way (maybe with CLS).

When you call a extension and that call is forwarded to another DN and then to a mailbox, it will always be the mailbox of the extension you were first calling.
In this way if you forward your phone to somebody else office and then you forget to eliminate the forward in your phone, all the messages will go to your mailbox and not to the other mailbox

Do you have mailbox's setup for these phones that your call forwarding to ACD 900??????

you're correct. When you say that the call goes to the mailbox that originated was called.
But in this special situation I want to switch this off.

One way it to add for all DN's a Service DN in the Meridian Mail with the same TD Service as the ACD Group.

Do someone know a simpler way of doing this?
