Call Forward to external number, external number no answer back to VM

I am trying to set up a phone to CFW to external number, if the external number does not answer, forward the call to VM.

Right now the call is forwarded to the external number, it just rings and never returns back to VM.

once you forward the call to the outside that it you loose control of the call.. the number that you are dialing must have voice mail and it will go to that mailbox not the PBX mail.

If you had MCS maybe. It was pitched to us that you could ring the dialed number X times then return to your voicemail.

once you forward the call to the outside that it you loose control of the call..

so the only possible solution would be to forward the remote number rna to an app that send the call to express mail for the original dialed station.. it's do-able if you want to build a work around

If you have Suc 3.0+, check for PCA licenses. We use it for this purpose and it works great. I can send you the set-up if you like.
