Call Forward to Cell Phone

I'm trying to follow the directions here:

but I couldn't even get started. I can't figure out where I find "Services" or "Routing Service".

I have a 30NSE08 DR5.

Probably not on that system it seems to be a 6x16 not available until cics 4.1

That's an old 6x16, your not going to be able to external forward with that.

Is this possible on a compact ICS (SW 7.1) but only if the extension doesn't answer? Call pilot 100 VM system.

We have field workers that may or may not be at their desks. If they aren't at their desk, the calls forwards to their cell phone automatically.

Is that possible?

You can set up their mbox to allow outbound xfer.

If its a 6X16 then I doubt it....need NAM or CP for that.
