ACS R5.0 Alog Lines.

User wants calls that ring his phone to be forwarded to his cell phone when he is out of the office. Can this be done?

But beware that sometimes when using analog lines to forward it can degrade the call. It is essentially bridging an incoming line with an outgoing line. I have many clients who use this feature with analog lines with no problem, but I do have a couple that couldn't use it due to the fact that the call volume decreased too much. Technically, remote forward is only supported over a T1 and you are then dealing with digital lines.

Or if you live next to the CO, your bridging loss will be minimal! Otherwise, the TRANSFER DISCONNECT feature will work if available...

Found out that the pre 7.0 flash upgrades have been discontinued by AYAYA.

Only way to upgrade an R5.0 is to buy a new processor.

these are the bin files for the R6, you just need the software (Flashtools around $350) and a PCMCIA memory card of 1MB the old green R1 backup card with 98 DR10 at the back works for that and then you have your R6 upgrade that you can reuse until you accidentally sit on the card.
