Call Forward to another DN then back to originating voicemail if NA 1

Okay, I've tried changing the FDN, SFA and hunt and still can't get this to work.

Extension 1234 is on the phone, we want the call to ring to his assistant at 2345, if she doesn't pickup it goes back to 1234's voicemail.

I'm really confused. Thanks in advance for your help.

x1234 should be set to fna/hunt to 2345, and put MWA in the CLS. x2345 should be set to fna/hunt to your voicemail DN. x2345 should have SFA in the CLS. Is this how you've already set it up? if so, please print TNs for both 1234 and 2345 and post. thank you.

you haven't defined your FDN on the assistant phone. Assuming 7666 is your voicemail DN, you need to make the FDN 7666. The font is so tiny but if you don't have SFA in the assistant TN you need that also.

i just noticed that you put SFA in the boss' CLS. You don't need to remove it. You can leave it there but you do need SFA in the assistant CLS.
