Call Forward to an Offsite Phone ...

Hi All,

Some of the account execs were wondering if it was possible to forward their calls from their DN to their cell phone. Problem is that they have voice mail. It could be just for when they are here roaming the building as they probably could not cancel call forwarding remotely.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Check the CLS and set CFXA (Call Forward External Allow) It is probably set to CFXD. You will also need to change their Forward Key (CFW 4) to CFW 16 to allow more than 4 digits to be entered on the key.

Also forgot to mention to check the CLS for FNA instead of FND (Call Forward No Answer Allowed/Denied) but glad to know it worked.
