Have an old Option 11 RLS 24.24 with a mermail 12

I am trying to forward a 2616 to different SDN's in mail.
7901 is the day menu
7902 is the night menu
7903 is the holiday menu

What is happening is that it is trying to use the extension number of the forwarding phone, rather then the extension of the ACD DN that the phone is forwarded to.

Is there a way to do this?

Post the TNB of the 2616. What exactly are looking for in the end here?

from what I can see here---you must have a Time Of Day Controllor in the Mer Mail----that is what you need to Call Forward to, then it will answer with the active (day/night/holiday) menu

kstaff, that was my first thought. I set it all up showed them how to use it, and they said, how do we close early?, or what if we decide not to open in the morning?

Turns out they have very unusual business practices. When they don't feel like working anymore, they just close up shop. Must be nice.

Thus I need manual control.

Main number rings 7900, need to forward 7900 to one of the 3 different menus in mermail. Day menu then transfers back out to 7991.

OK---if they do not want to use the Time of Day---how about this?
build an SDN for each menue ID and have them call forward the set to what ever they are using at that time---however---if the phone is forwarded to the day and not changed it will play that day menue all night---and visa versa

build another sdn and voice announcement and make it generic---thank you for calling---blah blah blah---press something and leave a message or if you know your party dial it now

And that is exactly what I did.
7901, 7902, and 7903.

If I dial them directly they work perfectly, but when I try to forward to them, the voice mail just tries to leave a message for the phone 7900, and I get the message "You have been forward to a voice mail box, however the user 7900 does not subscribe to this service."
