I have just inherited an old phone system. The person that I replaced never even had any training on it so he could not tell me much. The phones are dterm series i and we use MatWorx software. One of the ladies in the office has somehow set her phone to where call forward all says restricted. She normally presses speaker, call forward all, then 3000 for voicemail. As soon as she presses 3000 the phone says restricted. I have tried *6 and #6 and do not know what else to do.

Thanks

BTW, It is a NEAX2000 IPS phone system.

This normally happens when someone has established a callback but the callback has not been completed properly.
you need to find the callback cancel feature code and dial it on th phone that cabnnot set the call forward.

if you have matworx , use th enumbering plan lookup to find the callback cancel code

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

There could be as many as 5 call backs set. You need to keep dialing the cancel code until you hear a broken tone. A steady tone means you canceled one call back.

OK, please bear with me. I am in MatWorx under Numbering Plan and on the tab that says Tree View, I found Call Back Cancel. Once I did the lookup, there is not a sub category. I looked at others to get an idea of what I was looking for. Outgoing Trunk Queueing/Call Back Set has a blue dot under it that has 8B next to it. Outgoing Trunk Queueing/Call Back Cancel has a blue dot under it that has B4 next too it. Under List View I have found the same numbers with B4 having a description Outgoing Trunk Queueing/Call and the feature is A005. When you look at 8B, it has the description of Outgoing Trunk Queueing/Call and the feature is A004. I am not sure of what I am looking at. Thanks again for the help.
