I HAVE EVERYTHING SETUP CORRECTLY FOR CALL FORWARDING BUT MY PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE NO FREE LINES WHEN DIALING OUT WHEN THE CALL IS FORWARDED OR TRANSFERED. I HAVE A PRI WITH 20 DIDS; LINE 145 THRU 164. THEY ARE ALL TARGET LINES. LINES 001-023 ARE ON PRI-A BUT ARE UNABLE TO GRAB A UNUSED LINE TO DIAL OUT. WHEN I TRY TO TRNSFER IT SHOWS THAT LINE 023 IS HUNG UP. ANY SUGGESTIONS. WHEN I DIAL ANOTHER SET THAT IS FORWARDED BY THERE 4 DIGIT EXT. THE FORWARD PROCESS WORKS FINE ITS ONLY WHEN THE CALL IS INBOUND TO THE SWITCH THAT IT WILL NOT COMPLETE.
