I HAVE EVERYTHING SETUP CORRECTLY FOR CALL FORWARDING BUT MY PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE NO FREE LINES WHEN DIALING OUT WHEN THE CALL IS FORWARDED OR TRANSFERED. I HAVE A PRI WITH 20 DIDS; LINE 145 THRU 164. THEY ARE ALL TARGET LINES. LINES 001-023 ARE ON PRI-A BUT ARE UNABLE TO GRAB A UNUSED LINE TO DIAL OUT. WHEN I TRY TO TRNSFER IT SHOWS THAT LINE 023 IS HUNG UP. ANY SUGGESTIONS. WHEN I DIAL ANOTHER SET THAT IS FORWARDED BY THERE 4 DIGIT EXT. THE FORWARD PROCESS WORKS FINE ITS ONLY WHEN THE CALL IS INBOUND TO THE SWITCH THAT IT WILL NOT COMPLETE.
 
PRI A must be set up in routing and specified in all outbound transfers.
If indeed there are no free lines, then use the three way calling feature from your telco. This is available on PRI as well as analog.
