Call forward question nec 8100 1

Hi all,

In the nec 8100 PcPro,can you activate call forward and program the number that needs to be called in software for a specifice extension or is only possible to program the number using the extension phone only in pc pro?
If so where can i find it?

I did the change and activated the CFW on receptionist ext 100 to cellphone # 9xxxxxxx, but what I noticed is that the phone rings, but it doesn't ring on the cellphone.
You hear the AA msg and when you choose 0 for operator, you will hear the MOH and then it says your call cannot be forwarded.
But if you dial 100 in option menu, it does call the mobile number
Also if you press 0 without call forward, you will hear the MoH and the call will go to ext 100
Trunk to trunk is active, since it works on other extensions.

Could you have any idea on this?



 
MB 24-09 is CF fixed settings. You should not have to touch the phone. Unless you want the user to have control over it. In that case I would set a button on the phone in 15-07 to CFA + 9 + phone number. Press the button to set/cancel.
 
Hi belevedre, I didn't touch the phone, it was programmed liked that since the beginning.
But I will see if someone will be able to go there and press the button once it programmed.
Due to lockdown where i am at, moving about is a bit difficult
