Call Forward Problem:

Hello all,

We recently moved a department of ours onto symposium. The phones used by them are Meridian M3820's. So now key 0 of the phone is for ACD in calls, and their DN keys are on key 8. They also have add-on-modules that used to have SCN keys for each DN in the department (so they could see when each other is on the phone). However now the DN is on key 8 everytime we put SCN back on the phones, the call forward key stops working! The marp is on the correct TN and we have classes of service HTA, CFTA, FBA, and SFA all set. Everything points to it being able to work but it doesn't!

Is it because you can't have a prime DN on key 8 on 3820's?

Check to see what the LHK key is set at. It would need to be set to 8, or 9 if local hunt.

Yes LHK is set to 8.

I don't know of any reason that you cannot have a dn on an acd set. You may want to see if there is a patch needed for this to operate correctly with Symposium.
