URGENT!!! Is it possible to call forward PRI lines using telco features? eg Bell uses *72 to forward analogue lines. Is it possible to do the same with PRI?

No, but talk to the telco, they may be able to reroute traffic for you. Depends on the carrier

You could assign the target lines you want to forward to a set, then call forward the set outside the system to the destination number.

You can also use "Line Redirect"

The situation is this: Already had external call forward set up to go to after hours answering service and worked fine. Transformer for building exploded and wacked MICS KSU causing it to default and so the external call forward was lost. Client now wants to be able to forward calls independent of the phone system using telco feature in case something like this happens again.

No way that I know of as far as a feature code goes. But they should be able to set it up as a disaster recovery with their provider. My carrier has me set up so that if they see my circuits down for x amount of time without me informing them that I’m doing something. They automatically forward anything that rides those circuit to another 800 number that goes to our sister company.
