call forward or transfer off-site 1

I have a customer with a Partner system that wants to set up a Viking ACA-1 Auto Attendant on an analog port to answer calls. One of the optons would be to send callers off site to an 800 reservation number. I've been looking through the domcumentation but haven't found anything specifically addressing this. Has anyone done this successfully?
 
The Partner system doesn't technically allow a transfer off site with a regular line. Your options become getting a centrex line and using it or forwarding an extension on the Partner system (R6 and above) off site and then transferring those calls to that extension.

One other question: how do we determine the release level?

Go to a display phone and press Feature 59. It will show in the display.
