call forward on multi-line phone

Is there a way to call foreward (to VM)just one DN on a 3903, while the second DN on the 3903, calls will ring? (Example- secretary wants her personal DN to go to VM if she steps away from her desk, while the Department DN still rings and can be RNPG by someone else)

This still forces both DN's to go immediatly to their respective VM boxes. (just want to force 2152 to VM, while 2151 rings and if busy or no answer, then go to its VM box.)

Make 2151 an appearance on another phone and Call Forward All Calls will not apply to it unless you make it Key 0.

Because DN 2151 is MARP on this TN, any forwarding of this set applies to that DN. You should be able to set MARP for 2151 on another set, then when you forward this one, 2151 will be unaffected and still ring through while 2152 will forward to voice mail.

I have an cs1000 with rel 4.5w. There is one 3903 set that can receive calls but cannot use any buttons. IDU looks normal firmware is 85. We have swapped phones and I have outed and rebuilt on the same TN. I guess my next step is to move to an new TN, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. IT is not just the soft keys it is also the programmable keys that don't function. Even hold doesn't work.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
