Call Forward Nortel i2002 phone CS 1000 changes on its own

Call Forward seems to enable on its own. When it does it seems to change the extension that was previously entered. Call Pilot Revert DN is the extension that it seems to change to. Any ideas?

Is there another set on the system with a BFS key? Print the TNB of the set in question and post. What is probably happening is the prompt to forward with BFS keys is set to yes and that user is accidentally forwarding the set to them. What software release are you running?
