Call Forward No Answer on hunt group

Hello,

I would like to know if it s possible to configure call forward no answer feature with hunt group on extension.
I tried but when I call the extension, the extensions which are in the hunt group ring but only on time then the call is forwarded to the voicemail.

Any idea ?

It sounds like one of the extensions in the hunt group has forward na, or forward busy to voicemail set.

One solution, is to try removing all extension from the hunt group except for one and see what happens. If it rings normally, slowly add more until you find the problem extension

Also make sure the AA isnt picking up the original line on X number of rings.
 
In your Hunt group settings, change the Hunt Group type to
Broadcast. This will get all phone to ring together. Also
in hunt group settings, the very last tab, in there set the
destination where you want the call to go if is not answered. Depending on your software level and system setup
i would either turn off call forward for extensions in the group or make sure the extn call forward time is longer the the group overflow time. This will stop the call going to the extn call forward destination rather than the over flow destination.
