Call Forward No answer for Electra Elite 48

We have Electra Elite 48 with few lines and few analog trunk lines.
We just got a request to make some changes in this phone system. I am not familiar with this phone system.
1. Is it possible to change the call forward no answer to 3 rings instead of 4 rings (it is currently having 4 rings then it is forwarded to an external number)? Does someone have instruction on how to do it?
2. Does someone have an instruction on how to change the Call forwarded number in the call forward no answer? We also want to change the call forwarded number
3. Does this phone system have the Caller ID capability?
4. Can this phone system generate some kind of call volume report?

2. the default is speaker 43 destination to set and speaker 44 to cancel
3. depends on the rev of software
4. if you want to spend money on an ACD system yes, or you can get an SMDR spill from the system via hyperterminal which is more difficult to decipher.

If you are not familiar with programming the system, i recommend hiring a qualified tech to perform these changes.
