I have PHONEA 3904 with 3333 on KEY 0
I have PHONEB i2004 with 1111 on KEY 0 and 3333 on KEY 3

PHONEB is the one with the CFW to EXTERNAL.

If I call 3333, it will ring on PHONEA + PHONEB....
If CFW is active on PHONEB only 1111 will be Forwarded.... 3333 will be sent to VoiceMail

I need to have 1111 and 3333 sent to CFW EXTERNALY

any idea??

Either CFW PHONEA or set PHONEA to FDN to 1111.

Try changing the MARP on phone b to MARP phone a.
If that doesn't work, can you program both sets to CFW to outside?

A CFW key for Manual Call Forward will call forward the DN on Key 0 and any single appearance DN on the phone. MARP has no effect of Manual Call Forward.
To call forward 1111 to an external number:
ADD CLS CFXA and KEY xx CFW 16 on the i2004 phone.

Looks like I confused PHONEA and PHONEB in my answer.
I meant to say you need to manually call forward both phones.

GHTROUT
1) CFW to PHONEA result call not to be CFW and goes to VM
2) Will try the FDN

HAIRBALL1
Did that... still goes to VM

BILLCORV
So instead of setting a MCR key... I should try with SCR keys
right?

BILLCORV
CFXA is set and CFW is also set still goes to VM

Here are examples of CFW in action: thread798-1533156

I think the easiest solution is to FDN "A" to 1111 on "B"

You can also add a "BFS" (Busy Forward Status) Key to "B" which forces "A" to be Call Forwarded to "B". Then when "B" is on CFW, "A" will follow. "B" will not need to physically touch the "A" phone to activate CFW if they use BFS key

The CLS does not tell us anything.

We need to see how the phones are programmed.

If you CFW Phone "A", then 3101 will be Forwarded

If you CFW Phone "B", 2584 will be Forwarded but 3101 will not be affected.

Here are some choices:

1. CFW both of them
or
2. Set the FDN of "A" to be 2584
or
3. Add a BFS KEY to "B" that controls "A" - then CFWing "B" will take "A" along with it.

Here is my redirection guide:

I could also based on your web site, remove the appearance in the system of 3101 and keep it only on PHONE B and it should work.

I just made 3101 appear on Phone B and it works!!!

Thanks to all!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure you could. That is essentially like OUTing phone "A", since 3101 is the only number "A" has on it

Just remember, if you have more than one appearance of a number (like adding 3101 to two keys other than KEY 00, they will not CFW.

Hello,

My name is Jeff and I think that I might be a MARPoholic. I don't think I am yet but how do I know? What are the signs?
