Call forward in Callpilot

Hi all,

when i forward my phone on Callpilot, the phone still ring. How i can do a direct forward in the voice mail ?

if any lines ring on your phone besides your private line like a DID then I wouldn't recommend it but if your lines ring only or you only have a DID then press feature 984.

there are no other solution to forward a call in the voice mail without the phone ring ?

Use the Call forward button on the phone, if you don't have one use the feature code to do it or have the call forward button put on your phone.

am i misunderstanding something we told you how to fwd your phone to vmail press f.4 then enter vmail dn if you don't have a forward button on your phone, or press f.984 but like i stated above you don't want to fwd your phone to vmail if you have lines that are anything but your DID cause if lines are set to ring on your phone and you have it forwarded you'll be picking up the AA versus your personal mbox...understand what i mean
