Call Forward From Cell Phone?

Hey!!

I got a user that wants to setup a number that he can forward his cell phone to that will go directly into voicemail. I gave him a phantom that has DCFW straight into voicemail.....it doesn't work. It goes into voicemail but MMail recognizes it as the number from his cell phone and says that number does not subscribe to voicemail. Is there another way of doing this or is it maybe just a change such as CLS or maybe a different FTR than DCFW?

Yes go to his voicemail box that he use and add his cell phone number under
Extension DNs and that will do it
