Call forward external

I have some valid call forwards in the system.
The COS allowed users to call forward externally with a FAC.

In the users COS, I disabled the option to call forward external, because in these days we want to have as much free trunks available as possible during the busy hours.
I also removed the non essential forwards.

But to my surprise, the existing list didn't work anymore.

What should I do, to keep the existing Call forward list working?

Does the existing list contain users or phantom phones with the same cos as users. If so copy the current user cos to a blank and enale the cf external in it and assigned that to them. It also depends upon how many. If quite a few it would export the station attributes form prune it to these users bukk change cos and import

It's a small group of numbers.
It's not the most elegant way, but doable.
