call forward External ?

I know there is a FAQ about how to forward a phone to a external # how about if I'm remote to the Nortel system and want to forward it to a different External # the VM system would either be a Flash or NAM module, system itself would be 0x32

you cannot forward a call when you are external to the norstar ...

can u rephrase ur question? what are u trying to do

not too sure you can, but a call pilot would solve the problem

I have a rather limited application that if I have a pilot # that I can forward to other Numbers, but not nessarily being nextel to a physical Nortel phone I.e. being remote to the nortel phone & changeing the external forwarding to a different Cell #
