I have an Option 11C running Succession 3.0 and I have one 500 set I've forwarded to an external number but I want to have calls to it redirect to VM if there is no answer. I've set CLS-CFNA and I've got the call forward external part working but it won't redirect to VM if no one answers it just keeps ringing. I've verified that my CFNA is set to my VM #.
