We have some phone sets with the CFXA set and they function like they should for a DID or when calls are placed to the set from another set within the office. The issue I am having is when a user from one office dials an extension of a user in another office with the phone forwareded to a local external number such as a cell phone. The call will not go through. Is this an AC2 Network Block Setting, or a FRL on a RLB, etc...? We are using ITG Trunking for the most part between sites. I have looked throught the settings and routes, trunks, RDR, NET, etc....but I haven't found what I am looking for....such as CFF being set under RDR.

Thank you....Bryan.

Check the NCOS of the ITG Trunks needs to be high enough to dial out

another place to look everytime.. ftr cfo, needs to be set to cff.. cfo looks at the ncos of the orig party.. from the pstn, that is the ncos of your trunk..

cff uses the ncos of the forwarding station... ld 21 prt rdr, ld 15 chg rdr... if i'm right, you owe me a cup of coffee

Thanks John. We double checked all the rdr and ftr for cff and they are set. I think our issue is with the fttu for most of our sets. I missed that one. Thank again sir.
