I'm using Avaya Partner ACS R6.0.4 C01
Right now all extensions except Reception are set up to have Delayed Ring on all lines. One of the employees switches work stations from day to day and has a different extension at each work station (14 and 23). To make things simpler, I set it up so ext. 14 has a Call Forwarding button that he activates when he's at ext 23. Everyone always uses ext. 14 to reach him, regardless of where he his. However, now when an outside call comes in, it rings immediately at ext 23 when Call Forwarding is activated. What's the deal? Any way to fix it so it is still Delayed Ring when Call Forwarding is activated?
