Yet another post........ I found a D Term user guide and was trying to set the forwarding via the phone but the only one that seems to work is *8 forward busy, which some guy's are saying that's wrong. I can do *6 forward no answer, get stutter dial tone enter the number, get fwd set but just rings and doesn't forward.

Any ideas ??????

You cannot go by a D-Term user guide for feature codes. The feature codes are subject to whoever first programmed up the system. You need to list out command LSPA starting with * and ending with #### to get the codes. Then you need to get a copy of the command manual ( and look up the codes in ASPA. NOTE: any command manual will do, these codes have never changed with newer system software versions. A IMX/IPX manual will do. Unless you can find a customized user guide left behind by your installer. Use the guide for the set up and cancel procedures.

I believe there are three possible settings: call forward which just forwards immediately. On my system it is *5. Call forward no answer which rings three times then forwards which on my system is *6 and call forward if busy, which on my system is *7. Undoing them is simply #5, #6 or #7.

On a Dterm however at least on the call forward feature, you can program one of your buttons to do it in AKYD, so instead of doing *5 you press the button and then the number you want to forward to. The button should remain lit as long as the phone is forwarded, and you undo it by pressing the lit button again.
