We are working on a Partner ACS system. Can I setup 2 buttons on the same extension to forward to 2 different outside lines?

No. However, forwarding to outside lines means that you are using Remote Call Forward, where the extension is forwarding to a personal speed dial location, from 80 through 99. You can make the button be Feature 11 and the extension number, without the destination. Then you press the button and manually type in the forwarding location. Such as press the button and dial 99 to forward to Fred, press the button and dial 98 to forward to Barney. Press the button when it is lit to cancel the forward.
