Call Forward Button Programming or Scheduled Call Forward

Hi Folks...

Have DN that needs to forward to an external number on a daily basis at the same time every day. External forwarding is working fine.

I'd like to refine the process by doing one of two things....

1 Change the "FWD ALL" in Element Manager but on a schedule... is this possible?

-or-

2 Program a button to setup the forward, which would include the external number right in the button.

Any thoughts?

You cannot program the key to activate on a schedule. However, you setup a greeting table/ccr tree within call pilot to divert the to two different places on a schedule.
This will only work for external incoming calls, and you will always here 'one moment please' when call pilot transfers the caller
 
Program a call forward button using feature * 3 then press button then F4. Then program a button for external auto dial F*1 and enter the number to dial out. You can't put it all under one button you have to separate the feature.
 
If you have call pilot, just build a application with a time table. Then you never have to worry about it.
