Hi guys,
Hope you all doing well.
can someone please help me to figure out how to set a call forward to external number button on a ipecs phone to turn on and off call forwarding for all incoming calls.
We are using UCP100 system.

I tried a lot but cannot figure out. I can do much of Avaya stuff but this is first time I am having my hands on to this system.
Thank you in advance.

programming using phone:

activate call forward:
PGM111 + station number + Flex button 2 + 1 + save

To forward a call to your mobile:
left the headset or press speaker + DND/ FWD button + 1 + '88001' for CO line 1 or '9' for the fist available CO line + your mobile number + save

To deactivate it:
speaker + DND/FWD + #

Good luck

if your calls are normally hitting a hunt group .

on that hunt group attributes set up a forced forward destination . that way you can set up a simple button to turn it on and off on a phone . this is the easyest way if the calls are allways going to the same place .

if you want to set the forward to a different number each time .

simply set the night attribute of that number to go to one extension and you can then forward that extension to wear ever you like .

remeber if you want to present the calling number on the mobile and not your work number you will need to service turned on if your using isdn lines

but on sip lines you need to modify the sip programming to do this .

some people want to see its a call from work . but others want to see the orginal calling number as if they miss the call they can ring them back etc
