Is there any way to external call forward an ACDN?

Make the ACD MAXP = 1 and NCFW to the number you want, remember to use 9 (or whatever you use to external calls), or put in the ACOD of the trunk you want to use.

Do you mean other than dialing into the PBX and doing a service change?

a maxp 1 acd is always logged out.. so all numbers forward to the ncfw target.. cff/cfo does not apply since an acd does not have a ncos.. tje ncos of the inbound trunk HAS to be high enough to make the call.. to bypass that you can use acod plus the number.. but that can cause either targ or nfrl bolcks...
