I have a user with a M3904 phone DN 7007. on that phone the user has a private line ringing at a dedicated button setup as PRDN. The user wants the call on a private line when not answered to go to the mailbox of the DN 7007.
I made sure that call digit modification is allowed, and tested that if extension 7007 is dialed internally or as a DID from outside, a voice mail will answer any time on a ring no answer condition. I know, I am missing something in the programming, but am unable to find what. I checked all programming many times, and it all looks OK.
I would appreciate help on this matter.
Thanks in advance,

sfa and put the dn of the pvr as a ext dn in his mail.. didn't follow the idc usage, the output side of the idc has to be a member of his mb..

if the pvr does not forward, it's because it is not key 0 anywhere.. build an analog, leave the jumper off, marp it there and fna hta that set.. it's an old work around for lines that are not key 0

Thanks John,
Yes, The PRDN setup for this line, is not programmed on a key 0 anywhere, I will try to build an analog based on your suggestion.
Thanks again,
Elia

if the analog will not accept the same dn as the pvr, reprogram the route as auto yes, rebuild the trunk with atdn xxxx (same number as the pvr you need to out) then put it back as an scr and then add the analog.. secondary call forward is used for a call forwarded to a target then requiring a second forward..

i've had to use this workaround before, takes a few minutes to out the pvr key, then the trunk then the route then put then back in, but 30 min later it all works

If it is on any other keys, do you lose privacy on those DN's when you add it to an analog???? Anyone could hear the conversation if they push their key of that DN???

Did you get this to work I'm having the same problem with a 2616. It did work but we changed the trunk programming from Loop to Ground Start (for disconnect) and all of the sudden it stopped working. Anyone know of a reason why?

Did you have the phone company also change from loop to grd?
