call forward a mls-18d phone

Hi,

I have a Merlin Magix 3.0 V7 system. I have different phones hooked up to this sytem including a mls-18d. Is there any way to call forward this phone? I gave the appropriate permissions and tried the #33 but it isn't working. Thanks.

Nevermind. I missed setting the permissions on this phone.
