Good morning all,

Is there a way that I can gain access to my DN and activate call forwarding while I am not at that physical location.

Maybe a remote access code to another DN and then follow the call forwarding steps from there.

Currently I can forward any phone set if I am at that location by entering RCFA (*55) + SCPW(XXXXX) + DN + Destination followed by the #

Anyway to make that happen remotely?

Thank you,
CommoGuy101

If your system had DISA, then yes it can be done using the RCFA FFC feature. Most systems no longer have the DISA package these days.
