I have a MICS 7.0 and I wanted to take a DID that is not assigned to any set and reroute it out to another office? I can;t seem to figure out how to do that. I tried to set the PRIME as a DEST code but it would not take. I can easily do this on a BCM it has Forward ALL but nothing on a MICS.

I did it on a CICS, but not with a DID, using a route. Maybe that way?

Use Line Redirect feature, you must assigned the DID to some set or what I used to do was use a RAD DN if they have one and do it via NRU on the telest.
