Call Forward 221 to Hunt Group 741 Not ringing

I have a hunt group 741 that has worked great for a couple years.
Outside lines are ringing to to extension 221 nicely.
At lunch she forwards the set 221 to Hunt Group 741.
There are extension 222 -226 in hunt group 741.
If you dial 741 they all ring normally.
If you forward extension 221 to 741 only extension 222 will ring on outside lines ringing.
It used to work now it does not. ANy ideas?
I created a new hunt group with same extensions and same response.

Hunt group rings when you dial 741 from any extension all sets ring in hunt group

If ext221 is fwd to hunt group 741 only ext222 rings?
I have all extensions in hunt group set to ring
It only happens when the 221 forwards to 741
Outside line rings on 221 which is fwded to 741 but does not ring on all sets in hunt group 741
Just ext 222 1 set

Do any off the lines that appear and ring at extn 221 also appear and ring at other extns in this hunt group.

If so remove them from all other extns that are in the hunt group.
Maybe 222 does not have the line appearances and thats why it rings.

Line appearance and Hunt groups dont mix

They are set to appear only on the sets
Weird why they could call forward 221 to the hunt group 741 before and the sets would ring when an outside rings on outline line assigned to ring and appear on 221
The sets in 741 are appear only on lines 1-4
Any suggestions to get this working?

did you look at extn 222 and see if the lines appear there.

If they dont then remove the lines from the hunt group phones.

When I call the hunt extension all sets ring normal
When I forward 221 to hunt group 741
then call line1 co number assigned and ringing on extension 221
Only 222 in hunt group rings
224 225 226 227 don't ring, I check Dnd is off
They have line 1 appearing only on all sets
This worked for years and just stopped

Can you REMOVE THE LINES APPEARANCE 1-4 from the extns 222,224,225,226,227.

Now retry the external call to 221 and see if it forwards to the HGroup correctly..
Hunt groups and Line appearances dont work properly.

Ok so removing the line appearance seems to have solved the ringing of the hunt group when 221 is forwarded to the hunt group.

Problem is the client had line appear only for 6 lines and the hunt group rang through no problem for many years. Any ideas to have it ring and line appearance of the 6 CO lines.?

i have plenty bcms out there with hunt group appearances and multiple line appearances. News to me that they dont mix.

You said it was working and just stopped? Have you tried a reboot, patched up to date?

From the manual:

Do not assign any hunt group lines to individual telephones. If any of
the telephones that are part of the hunt group have the line assigned,
remove the line from the telephone before assigning it to the hunt
group.

Curious, if you remove 222 from HG what happens? is it only 224 that then rings only?

Glad to see the problem has been resolved.

Its probable its a software issue.

I have had some bcm working your way and others not working
