we are testing different types of call presentation at the moment. We would like to use the call force option but the time between the "beep" and getting the caller on the phone is about 2 seconds, too little to read the display and concentrate on a call according to the testers.
I thought that with "call force timer delay" in call presentation class properties, i could adjust this but it seems to have no effect at all.

any ideas how to adjust the seconds after the beep?

The Call Force Timer is, if I remember correctly,

the time between the last call that was completed and when the next call will be presented...i.e 10 seconds = 10 second between the time i hang up and when the next call is presented to me.

As far as I know or remember, once the beep is heard, the call is comming thru...usually within a second or 2.

right, so there is no way to extend the time between "beep" and call?

Call Force is programed from your switch in LD 23.
Once the agent gets the beep the call should be there.
