Call flow possible? Front end AA to Queue - No more ringing once in Queue 1

Hello all,

I have a client that has an interesting request.

Call flows target a front ended AA

When the caller selects an option, such as appointments - Front desk phones ring 2 times.

After two rings, they would like the caller to enter a queue, however once the caller is in the queue, they would like the phones to stop ringing and only show the flashing indicator on the phone. Is this possible?

VMPro? Transfer to a CCW group with the 2 front desk phones included. VM time 10 seconds. Leave action to transfer to ANOTHER CCW group with queuing on, that the front desk phones are members of, but unchecked. Add a Group button which will flash while the call is in the 2nd group, press the button to retrieve the call. Add whatever announcements you want to the group for the caller to hear, or not.

Another questions, if a call is already in the queue, and another caller selects option Appointments, is it possible to throw that call into the queue right away, rather than ringing the phones two times again with a call ahead of it?
