I have a client that has an interesting request.
Call flows target a front ended AA
When the caller selects an option, such as appointments - Front desk phones ring 2 times.
After two rings, they would like the caller to enter a queue, however once the caller is in the queue, they would like the phones to stop ringing and only show the flashing indicator on the phone. Is this possible?
