Any ideas of setting up a call flow on Avaya IP Office - the scenario call answered by announcement message - ("Good Day you have reached company xyz, please note that all calls are recorded for quality purposes")then goes to incoming call route (Switchboard) and if not answered to go to Auto Attendant. System is Avaya IP Office V2 9.1.3.0 with Voicemail Pro 9.1- Windows Platform with ContactStore. System currently working with announcement message then flowing to incoming hunt group (Switchboard)All relevant licenses are in place. Any sugestions Many Thanks!!
