I have a customer with a 3300 ICP controller, they would like a timer configured..... so when a call has been made, after say 1 hour they receive a warning tone and 5 minutes later the call is automatically terminated.
I have configured this using the extension's C.O.S and the options call duration (set to 1 hour) and call duration forced cleardown timer (set to 5 minutes)
For testing I have set the timers to 2 minutes and 1 minutes, however i don't receive a tone and after 3 minutes I'm still on the call.
Has anyone any experience is setting this up, or can anyone advise if I'm missing any configuration?
