Call Duration/Hold Time Display

Our building recently had a power over a weekend that lasted about two hours. Unfortunately this meant that after the 20 minute battery ran down, our swith just powered off. We had several issues the following Monday and I seem to have them all taken care of except for one. There seems to be a whole group of phones that no longer displays the current call duration, and the hold time duration. I'm not sure if this is switch related or Symposium related. I've check the phoneset display config in Symposium and it looks the same as it did before the outage. I'm at a total loss here, and any help is greatly appreciated.

Switch is an Option 61C, Release 25.40 with Symposium version 4.2.
 
No. I'm talking about the display on the phone. All our call center reps use 2216's. The display used to show a current call duration time, and if you were placed on hold it would show how long you've been on hold.
 
Did you go into program #3 on the set to see if call timer is enabled?
 
I think that is a feature turned on in the program feature on each individual phone. hope this helps.
