A different problem.

System - BC12 SP7
scenario: installed 8 new Tellular lines (converted mobile sim card GSM line to analog telephone line using SAGEM RL300). Installed a TLU75 in the system and inserted all these 8 tellular lines to the board.

programmed RODDI, ROCAI, RODNI.

Code:

Now the problem is, If i call any of these 8 lines, i get only half of the greeting message of voicemail ONEBOX (24CAS extensions), and the message stops there. After few seconds, i get the line disconnection tone.SUSIP shows LINE BLOCKED. but the line is still active (SUSIP, CTCOP & LED blinking on SAGEM), and after a few seconds, the call transfer to the operator by the voicemail. but the caller already got the disconnection tone.
Only after the caller is disconnected his line, the call drops from the circuit.

And If the RODNI is some extension like 2366(my extn), not the voicemail, call rings on that extension continuously and can speak to the caller,if picked up.

I swapped the TLU75 board with another active tlu75 on the system, but the problem remain.

Also tested with loop back, connecting one analog ext to the trunk port, working fine.

SAGEM: Line voltage - 48.1v & Off hook voltage/answer mode voltage - 6.1v; on answer current - 19.22mA.
LOOP BACK (ext 2381): line voltage - 50.08v. Off hook/answer mode voltage - 7.3v; on answer current - 38.4mA

expecting some advice on this problem.
Is this the problem of voicemail or the problem of the line? or i am missing some parameters on varc/vari, etc

Shouldn't your VARC D8 be equal to 2 (CCITT, 48V), if the line voltage from the SAGEM is 48.1V?!

TELEC3

yes telec, i was using D8=2. actually i am testing different values. but without success

the problem was in the Fixed wireless terminal equipment (SAGEM). i use another equipement (Telecom - Cellroute GSM) now this problem has been solved.

I can reach voicemail and dial extn numbers. i can reach operator directly and also i can reach extension directly (using RODNI).

But now the problem i face is, i can reach DISA, and i am getting DISA tone. but it doesnt accept the auth code or any digits. i tried different PARVAL values (0 - 3) in PARNUM 184. but of no use. even the parval value is 3, it is not providing the external dial tone, instead it is disconnecting if i dial the DEST 9.

why so? is there any other settings for DISA?
or is it problem of GSM, that it will not accept DTMF signalling?
