I have a G3r and it is connected to an Octel-300. The issue is when a caller goes thru the dial by name and it is an agent who is logged in to a skill, the call attempts to transfer from the Octel but is dropped ( discon ).We run a trace in the G3r and it does show the call coming in. Any ideas on a cause ????
